Monthly Board Meetings

The Charles City Area Development Corporation is governed by an appointed volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is made up of a representative of the City of Charles City, the County of Floyd, financial institutions, a representative appointed by FCADA, 3 representatives appointed by Floyd County and at-large appointees representing other local businesses, employers and interests.

The CCADC Board of Directors in general meet monthly on the 4th Wednesday of each month. If there is no business to conduct, there is no meeting that month.

The regular monthly Board Meetings are open to the public. Please click on links below for a copy of the meeting agenda as well as a copy of meeting minutes that will be available after they have been approved by the Board.

The CCADC Annual meeting is for CCADC members only and is held on the 4th Wednesday in July, immediately preceding the July regular Board meeting. Members of the general public are welcome to attend the July regular Board meeting and will be admitted upon conclusion of the Annual meeting.
